Client-side processing

The image, PDF, text, and QR workflows on WorkReducer process the files or text you select directly in your browser. WorkReducer does not upload those tool inputs to its own file-processing servers, and an account is not required to use the tools. You control whether to download, save, or share the result after the operation finishes.

No account required

You do not need to create an account or sign in to use WorkReducer. We do not ask for personal information to access the tools.

Site analytics and performance

We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand aggregate traffic and performance, such as page responsiveness and site reliability. These services do not receive the files or text you process with a WorkReducer tool. Like most web services, the providers that deliver the site may process technical request information needed to operate and secure the service.

Advertising, cookies, and similar technologies

WorkReducer uses Google AdSense to support the site. Google and other advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or similar identifiers to serve, measure, limit, or personalize advertising, subject to your settings and applicable law. Google’s advertising cookies may be based on visits to this or other websites. WorkReducer does not provide the contents of files or text processed in its tools to Google for advertising.

You can manage Google ad personalization through My Ad Center, and can learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services in Google’s partner-sites policy. Browser controls can also limit or delete cookies. Your available choices may vary by location.

Children’s privacy

WorkReducer is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information to use the tools. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the site, contact us so we can review the concern.
